Our mission is to optimize our contribution towards the national economy by adding value to Sri Lanka’s sustainable resources and to improve and uplift the living standards of our employees, producer sand their communities. In growing, expanding and changing the Company we consider with thought and care the mutual benefit of all stakeholders and the role we play as a global supplier of giftware.

Gospel House Handicrafts was established in 1977 in order to provide employment and training to the marginalized and semi-educated youth in the field of making     wooden toys, utility items and ornamental handicrafts. We use Albesiya wood which is a sustainable wood that is grown in the Tea plantations of Sri Lanka.

We manufacture wooden educational aids and recreational toys with the participation of several overseas organizations exclusively for export to EEC countries. Gospel House has given employment to 25 permanent workers within our main production facility while nearly 120 producers are provided with various types of work through Gospel House in the Facility’s locality. All toys are tested for safety, and paints are lead free. The product carries the paint certification
